Creamy Mixed Berry Pops

The farmers markets and roadside stands across the country are over flowing with berries, and I can’t get enough of them!! I love eating fresh berries, making jam, or baking them in muffins, but one of my favorite ways to eat fresh berries is with whipped vanilla cream!

Creamy Mixed Berry PopsThis month I’m partnering with the United Dairy Industry of Michigan to showcase beautiful fresh berries with dairy, and what better way to preserve fresh berries than to freeze them!  And what better way to freeze them but in the form of a creamy dreamy popsicle!!  Which is essentially berries with whipped vanilla cream on a stick!  I’m licken’ my lips…YUM!

Creamy Mixed Berry PopsCreamy Mixed Berry Pops are so simple to make!  Make a double batch because they won’t last!  What could be better than a Creamy Berry Pop to celebrate the summers amazing berry harvest!   It really doesn’t get much better than that!

Creamy Mixed Berry PopsCreamy Mixed Berry Pops are also ridiculously easy to make. If you don’t have popsicle molds no worries, you can use dixie cups and good ol’ fashioned popsicle sticks! What a fun way to get in the kitchen with your kiddos! All you need is MILK, fresh berries, your favorite Jell-O instant pudding; and you’ve got yourself a fun craft and healthy snack!

I promise you won’t be able to eat just one….they go down pretty easy!

I hope you are enjoying your last days of summer!  Thanks for stopping by, Sheila
