Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole ripe Mango diced small
  • 2 whole Avocados diced small
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoon Jalepeno Pepper minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in order. Taste, add more salt or lime if you prefer. Serve with chips, on tacos (it's especially good on fish tacos), or as a side salad.
