Simple salad that can be eaten as is, eaten with chips as a dip, or as a condiment with tacos.

1 whole ripe Mango diced small 2 whole Avocados diced small 2 Limes juiced 1/2 cup Red Onion cut into thin slices 1 tablespoon Jalepeno Pepper minced 3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/3 cup finely chopped Cilantro
Mix all ingredients together in order. Taste, add more salt or lime if you prefer. Serve with chips, on tacos (it's especially good on fish tacos), or as a side salad.
