These Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders are juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make with a simple lemon pepper marinade. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or summer cookouts on the gas or charcoal grill.

2wholelemonsjuiced & zested
3clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonfresh ground peppermore if you prefer
1teaspoonsea saltor kosher salt
1/2cupextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Prep ingredients. Mince garlic. Wash, zest and juice lemons.
Measure olive oil into a medium sized glass bowl. Add minced garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Whisk in salt and pepper.
Add chicken tenderloins to the bowl toss to coat all chicken with marinade. Cover bowl with a lid or transfer to zip-loc plastic bags and store in the refrigerator up to 8 hours. Or it can be left in the bowl on the counter for an hour before grilling.
heat grill (gas or charcoal) to 375° -450°
Remove chicken from marinade straight to the grill. Grill chicken over medium heat until chicken is cooked through. approximately 8 minutes. Internal temperature of chicken should be 160-165℉.
