Easy No Peek Beef Tips - oven baked

Four ingredients are all you need to make these melt in your mouth savory beef tips. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes with a vegetable and a fresh salad and you've got dinner on the table!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb stew meat round steak or chuck roast cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10 ounce can
  • 2 cups ginger ale 2 mini cans
  • 1 packet beefy onion soup mix

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 325℉

  • Place stew meat in an even layer in the bottom of a baking dish or a pan that have a lid.
  • Pour ginger ale over stew meat.
  • Pour cream of mushroom soup over meat and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the whole packet of beefy onion soup mix on top of the cream of mushroom soup.
  • Cover dish or pan tightly with aluminum foil. Place lid on top of foil. You want to create as much of an airtight seal as possible.
  • Place in preheated oven for 3 hours.

Notes

Serve over wide egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
