Easy No Peek Beef Tips - oven baked

stew meat
round steak or chuck roast cut into bite sized pieces
1
can
cream of mushroom soup
10 ounce can

cups
ginger ale
2 mini cans
1
packet
beefy onion soup mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325℉
Place stew meat in an even layer in the bottom of a baking dish or a pan that have a lid.
Pour ginger ale over stew meat.
Pour cream of mushroom soup over meat and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the whole packet of beefy onion soup mix on top of the cream of mushroom soup.
Cover dish or pan tightly with aluminum foil. Place lid on top of foil. You want to create as much of an airtight seal as possible.
Place in preheated oven for 3 hours.
Notes
Serve over wide egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
