3bunches of Broccolicleaned and cut into bite sized pieces (approximately 5 cups)
8slicesof Baconfried and chopped small
1cupRed Onionsliced thin
1cupGolden Raisins
1cupMayonnaise
1/4cupSugar
3tablespoonsVinegarwhite or cider
1heaping tablespoon Dijon Mustardmore if you desire
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Clean and wash broccoli, pat dry or let drain, cut into bite sized pieces.
Combine broccoli, onion, chopped bacon, and raisins in serving bowl.
In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and dijon mustard whisk to combine, pour dressing over veggies combine, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
