Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole English muffins
  • 6 sausage patties approximately 1.5 ounces each
  • 6 slices american cheese
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter for frying the eggs

Instructions
 

  • Slice and toast english muffins.
  • Fry sausage in pan, pressing it flat with the back of a spatula, fry until cooked through and crispy around the edges.
  • Cook each egg to your preference. Soft scrambled, scrambled, fried, or poached.
  • assemble: place cheese, sausage, and egg on the top half of the english muffin, place bottom half of the muffin on last. Flip over. Wrap tight with plastic wrap and place in a zip loc bag. Store in refrigerator for 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
  • reheating: allow sandwich to thaw, and reheat for 1 minute on high.
