Equipment

  • 6-8 quart slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.5 pound eye of round roast
  • 2 tsp Salt divided
  • 2 Garlic Cloves pressed
  • 1 10.5 oz can Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoon Steak Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 buns

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle roast with 1 teaspoon salt.  Stir together remaining salt and next 8 ingredients.  Add beef to slow cooker and then pour sauce over beef.  Cover and cook on HIGH for 7 hours.  Shred beef and serve on buns.
