Equipment

  • 8 popsicle molds
  • 8 dixie cups and food grade popsicle sticks

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce package Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups 2% Milk
  • 2 cups assorted Berries I used a combo of blueberries, strawberries, and black berries.

Instructions

  • Combine pudding mix and milk in a bowl, beat until pudding is thick, about 3 minutes. Fold in berries that have been washed and dried.
Fill popsicle molds with pudding mixture, tap molds or cups on countertop to insure that all the air bubbles have escaped and that the popsicle mixture has settle to the bottom of the mold.
Place sticks in the middle of your mold, making sure they are standing firmly upright.
Place popsicle in freezer for 24 hours.
Allow to sit out for 5 minutes before removing popsicle from its mold, or running mold under warm water will release the popsicle from the mold.
