A food processor can also be used to make your pie crust. Place dry ingredients into the bowl of the processor, add fats, process until combined, drizzle in vinegar and water through the top just until it comes together, do not over process. Remove to plastic wrap, form into a disc and place in freezer or refrigerator until ready to use.
**NOTE: if you are hoping to make pie right away, place crust in freezer for at least 15 minutes before rolling out.
